Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
