We spent 3 nights at Flynns on Surf. This accommodation is great, spotlessly clean, fully self catering and close to some beautiful coastal walks and good eateries. The grounds and pool area are beautifully maintained. Highly recommend for your next stay in Port Macquarie.

A very nice place to stay, value for money, comfy beds, nice pool, great location close to the beach but away from the noise of a main road. Also very EV friendly. Easily the best accommodation we stayed at during our road trip along the east coast of Australia.

There are definitely some positives about this accommodation, but we wouldn’t go back based on how unclean our villa was. The location is good, the rooms are well set up and there’s undercover parking & EV chargers in some of the garages. We noticed as soon as we checked in that the room smelled musty. We noticed cockroaches, the kitchen chairs had food all over them, there was a suspicious stain on the blanket, the dishwasher smelled when you opened it and dirty water and food in it. We had a three bedrooms villa, great for big families, the rooms were well organised, its quiet and cosy. Pretty clean, easy check in check out procedures.
