Horrible technician that cam by our apartment building! Asked simple question while he was servicing a neighbor’s unit. I use another company being my landlord doesn’t like to fix in a timely manner, he was the rudest person I’ve encountered in so long! I don’t care that you weren’t repairing my unit, but asking a simple question could’ve been in a way better manner! Also considering they have been out to this place several times and overcharge and never fix anything!
