I've been here before and the food is usually great, but call ahead and make sure they're open before you order. I placed an order online a month ago before leaving work. I get to the food court and find that the place is closed with a sign taped to one of their screens. They didn't close their shop on the website, so I was still able to place an order and it took my money. Filed a dispute with my bank, but never got a refund.
Amazing customer service, and the owner is also very kind and helpful. The food is delicious and definitely would come back!!! I recommend
There's an adage I heard a while ago: "There's never a bad product, just a bad price," and this place is a prime example. Don't get me wrong, the food is edible, but man the price is downright offensive. Cheesesteak? $12 for steak quality only marginally better tasting than Steak-umms. Cheez-Wiz pretty standard with a very minor kick compared to the standard wiz brands used. The food is great! However, I paid $1.50 or so for an extra sauce and didn't receive it.
