I just placed an order for a hot dog and a drink. Nobody bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. I paid on the self-serve kiosk. Meanwhile, while I am waiting, one of the workers is standing behind the counter, eating a banana and playing with his phone. He didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence.
I've been here before and the food is usually great, but call ahead and make sure they're open before you order. I placed an order online a month ago before leaving work. I get to the food court and find that the place is closed with a sign taped to one of their screens. They didn't close their shop on the website, so I was still able to place an order and it took my money. Filed a dispute with my bank, but never got a refund.
Amazing customer service, and the owner is also very kind and helpful. The food is delicious and definitely would come back!!! I recommend
There's an adage I heard a while ago: "There's never a bad product, just a bad price," and this place is a prime example. Don't get me wrong, the food is edible, but man the price is downright offensive. Cheesesteak? $12 for steak quality only marginally better tasting than Steak-umms. Cheez-Wiz pretty standard with a very minor kick compared to the standard wiz brands used.
