Never used this company’s services, but I did have the pleasure of nearly being run off the road by one of their drivers today. After ignoring basic traffic signs that everyone else seemed capable of understanding, the driver then rolled down his window to share some unsolicited wisdom with us. The office staff makes making appointments and payments easy and painless and are so nice and polite with a personal touch. Great guys that came out & helped with our termite issue! They were quick and extremely nice & accommodating. We shared quite a few laughs with them. I’m so glad we went with Flynn over any other company!!!
Technician Kevin was very pleasant and thorough in his checkout of the rat traps and looked around for other signs of them. The cost of this visit was covered as part of my yearly pest control plan.
Kevin came into the home first and asked permission to place traps inside. He then went outside and performed spraying around the foundation. He always gives us details about the procedure and is courteous and professional.
