Went in and needed a small spring, a small nut and a quick swap of hardware on my mom's bike. I was helped immediately by the man himself (Flynn), he gave me the odds and ends I needed he had sitting in his junk drawer and was in and out in less than five minutes. On top of that when I went to pay he said it was all good, just come back if I needed cables or tubes. Brought my bike in to get the brakes checked professionally (they felt a little off and sure enough they were) and I wasn't even charged! I came back to get a dropper seat put on and it works like a charm.
Both times I've gone in for service, the turnaround has been great and the bike went along just right.
