Carla Clark is a horrible BIA! Her priority is not the best interest of a child. Her priority is to appease her attorney buddies and or colleges. You will be pleased with her if your attorney and her are friends or have worked together in the past. This is what happened to us. She didn’t care about my step son’s needs or wants.
