We used Flynn Roofing and the quality of the work itself was solid. Where things fell apart was on the billing and communication side. We made multiple calls, emails, and left voicemails trying to get a proper breakdown of the invoice so we could pay it. Each time we received the bill, we responded right away asking for clarification and made it clear we were ready to pay once we understood the charges. Those requests repeatedly went unanswered. THE place to go if you're shopping for an overpriced, poorly constructed leaky roof- You'd have better luck with a $30,000 sheet of cardboard held up by stacks of napkins.
No personal experience with the company but saw two of your trucks today in a parking lot with dogs in both! Honestly was super happy to see a company that allows that! 5 stars just for that IMO
