Flynn company (waterproofing area) treats there employees horrible. I can’t recommend this company due to the way they treat their employees. It’s incredibly disappointing to see workers being spoken to with such disrespect. A business is only as strong as the people who work for it, and from what I witnessed, there’s clearly a lack of basic professionalism and decency from the management. No matter how good the service may seem, it’s hard to support a company that doesn’t value or respect its own team. Do better.
If you’re looking for a company that runs on ego, disrespect, and treating workers like trash — congratulations, you’ve found it! Watching how the employees were talked to was honestly disgusting. Treating people like that isn’t “leadership,” it’s just being a jerk.
