I found Carol when I moved to IN in 2008 and I've been working with her ever since. She's seen me through a dreaded audit where I hardly worried about anything, she handled it all. She's taken great care of family members I referred to her. And on top of it all, she and the staff there are just super friendly.
Ms. Flynn has been working with my parents for over 3 years and she has been absolutely wonderful!!!! In 2011 my parents had some issues where they were going to have to pay A LOT of money Ms. Flynn solved the issue and they didn't even have to pay a dime back! My parents have been working with her since and she's amazing!!! Super nice, friendly and wonderful to work with we recommend her 100%!!!
Still waiting on 2013 tax return to be completed. It is August and Carol had all documents needed to complete by April deadline. Each time I call asking to speak to Carol all I get is screened and told that it may be ready by next Friday. 4 times so far I've called, asked to speak to Carol, been told she is in the office but not available, and not received a call back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ongoing poor service.
