Predatory calling, asked for support person's number then called them and gave false information in order to get money. Any true confidential information they were given was immediately blabbed about without permission. Sounds like this place is one big HIPAA violation to me. Blocked.
This place just called both me and my husband multiple times before my husband took the call. After telling me that our adult child had called them looking for help but that they thought that our child needed to be immediately admitted to in-patient, they wanted to know if we could help pay for the program (uh, NO!). Then they told me they were telling us about all this confidentally as a "courtesy" so we could "help" our child. UH, HIPPA VIOLATION! Alex from this center keeps harassing me and calling me and stating false accusations She doesn’t need to be helping people like that. She literally sent a text out to my boyfriend’s phone talking madness she needs mental help her self. And needs a new job. Preaching about Jesus but talking drastically is crazy.
Called and was trying to get help for a friend . Was asking questions and they asked for emergency contact. My friend doesn’t have one . They blocked my number cussed at me on the phone and then mocked my friend saying “obviously your the one whom needs help” please stay away from this place. Overt rude people who work there
