RecommendedWonderful, spicy food. The salsa, tacos, chimmichaga, and sopaipillas were all delicious as well as the green Chile stew. Servers were very courteous and helpful.

RecommendedHeard about this restaurant while visiting Santa Fe and staying at La Quinta. now we are locals, so we decided to try it out. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The corned beef and egg is a favorite and did not disappoint; same for the huevos rancheros (Christmas). The menu has plenty to choose from, so we will be back for breakfast again and again.

RecommendedWe stopped in at the Flying Tortilla in Santa Fe, New Mexico for breakfast and were delighted by our meals. The green chiles were hot, so go sparingly if you are not used to them. Hubby had the Chile Relleno Omlette and I had the Buenos Dias, eggs over sliced red potatoes, and green chiles on the side. They kept the coffee coming. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Awesome meal.
Oh my gosh! My sister and I decided to have breakfast there because we didn't want the continental breakfast the motel we stayed at offered. Best decision ever. I got a side of green chili to go with my eggs and it was soooooo good. The food was very good. The service was good. The staff was friendly. The place is clean. I don't know if it's a mom-and-pop owned place but it sure gave you the feeling a family. I would definitely recommend the Flying Tortilla to anybody passing through Santa Fe.
The juevos rancheros were wonderful! I love their green chili!
