went to the storage place to rent a spot. sign on the door and internet said open at 9 oclock. no one showed up to open up. finally at 9.45 i called the local number on the door. no help at all. called the on line rental number. got some one to help me and was able to rent a spot. wanted to see the spot to see if it was the size i wanted. but had to settle on a guess because no one was there when they said they would be. while i was waiting for someone 3 more people came and left because no one was there. very disappointing.... read more

The facility was clean, Amber was very polite and helpful, knowledgeable and happy to help. She answered any question we had in detail and without hesitation. Very sweet and very kind, will definitely use this storage facility for any of our storage needs!
