Laronna Dash at the valdosta ga. location was the associate that helped me with my rental. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the company's business. Everything was done over the phone! She emailed, contracts, receipts and their app info. She made something i thought was going to be a stressful transaction a stress free transaction. We got a storage size 10x10x13 because we needed more space at flying tiger storage. And why flying tiger? Because Valdosta climate control storage was charging us $99 for a 10x10x10 storage, while flying tiger online had a special on the above mentioned above for way cheaper than them. And the employees were very kind throughout their service.
Great facility. If I need them again I will definitely use them. They have great move in specials! No complaints at all.
