THE BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT EVER!!! – Last winter, when we were in Park City, Utah, I discovered a sushi restaurant which was the most unique atmosphere I've ever experienced. Service was the best I've ever had in years. The food was delivered very quickly and very delicious. The sushi was very fresh and uniquely decorated. Excellent Sushi!! – My husband and I ate at the sushi bar and I have to say that this is the best sushi bar we've been to. The food was excellent, the service was fast and efficient and the atmosphere was very clean, nice and hip. Fits in great with Park City! We didn't think we could find a sushi bar that topped "Ah Sushi" in Salt Lake City, and Flying Sumo is now our favorite. The sushi chef made our food so quick and is was fun being able to see him make all our food. We will definitely be back!!
