Very disappointing. I found the whole process very unprofessional. I really wanted to support a local business but that was not an option. No one came out as promised or even had the courtesy to call or email.
Paul came out to look at the house within a day and handled the issues right then and there. If you are not using Flying Pig for your pest control, you're wrong.
Paul was able to come out same day and resolve a hornet issue. as a result, I am entering into the quarterly program! It’s great having someone who doesn’t work for a big company come out and take care of your home.
They took care of my mole issue very quickly. I could tell the difference after the first visit, and they haven't been back sense.
Very responsive and helping us eliminate mold. They are also working on ant control in a different building.
