Great
Although my friend couldn't get enough of the place and thought the rib meat sandwich was the best thing he ever had, my food was mediocre at best and the staff seemed overwhelmed and without a system for checking on customers in any kind of order. For the price, would expect more, but perhaps Winnemucca struggles. Be interested to know what the locals think, maybe I just caught them on two bad days.
I’m not sure how they cooked the food, but it had this weird taste that no amount of BBQ sauce could cover up. We managed to eat some of the ribs (we were hungry after a long road trip and needed real food), but the pulled pork just tasted funky, not quite rotten, maybe stale meat, who knows. We ended up throwing most of it out; I’m just glad we didn’t get sick. Definitely won’t be back, maybe you’ll have a better experience though, good luck!
This place is hands down the most amazing service, bbq and food I've found in a very long time! We will be back on our way through EVERYTIME! Thank you for the amazing experience!
