Started out great but when it came time to produce the video it all went down hill. The video was poorly produced and when we had the chat to make changes all was agreed and then totally ghosted me. Terrible experience with them

Bo was friendly during the wedding and delivered the wedding photos within a reasonable amount of time. However, there's been major communication breakdown after the wedding. It's been more than 2 years after the wedding and I have not received my wedding video.

would not recommend due to lack of communication and also long turn over time. The quality of the photos were okay but very inconsistent with the flow of editing. I did not receive any of products within the timeframe indicated on the contract however, i eventually did after my 1 year wedding anniversary.

Highly recommend using these guys! Super professional, accommodating and just a lovely team to work with. Everything you need especially on the one day that can get a bit crazy. Wedding day done and dusted but then to come home to a little parcel that will make you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside just shows you how much they care! A massive thank you to Joe, Jonty and Nick! You really know how to make a girl feel special even though the wedding day is over hahaha
