Lomo saltado???? Peruvian rotisserie chicken??? Please dont 't use the Peruvian name on your dishes. They are far away from the real peruvian taste. I am peruvian and didn 't like at all.
The sweet corn tamale cakes with smoked salmon, house crema, chives and nacho chili sauce are amazing :-)
