Very rude staff, the receptionist are on a power trip , very rude and unprofessional. Don’t like to take accountability for any errors they and make prevent parents with special needs to gain access for help from specialised staff. I do not recommend this place

Sulaima and Sarah, the admin at FHCP has been absolutely amazing. They were accommodating, communicative, and truly cared for their clients. The student Sulaima worked with was highly anxious; however, they felt comfortable and understood by the psychologist. Sulaima made a comprehensive assessment report that allowed the student to gain the necessary external support and approval for their disabilities and mental health wellbeing. I highly recommend FHCP to parents, carers, and teachers for their kids.
