This was a wonderful place. Great staff and great food with reasonable wait times as well as generous portions. Also loved the presentation. Suggest anyone to give it a try.

I ate at the Flying Fish twice in my week in North Myrtle Beach. I found the wait staff to be great. Everyone's meal was cooked to perfection and the PBR on tap was great. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, and if your party has someone not a seafood fan there are plenty of other options to choose from.

Went for happy hour. Ok hush puppies but not good with cinnamon butter and dense. Not as good as free lighter ones at calabash places. Shrimp pizza was a little sweeter than expected and pricey for a smaller size pita. Buffalo shrimp was spicy for my taste but tasty. rib stack and free mahi dip was good. Good margaritas and service.

Everything is good about this place. Seating at large windows next to the waterway, atmosphere, food, & service. Have been here a number of times, always great. The grouper, the crab cakes, oysters on the half shell, salmon. Never had a bad meal nor service.

After all the positive reviews we were pretty excited to try the Flying Fish. My father is a seafood lover and I can't eat it so I was happy to find somewhere that offered other options as well. We had about a 20 minute wait it wasn't too crowded, when we got to our seats the server came over and took our drink order and told us all the fresh catches of the day. My dad wanted salmon and asked what comes with it, the waiter asked how he wanted it and my dad was confused because the waiter did tell us they had the fresh catch ... read more

We were visiting from Toronto, Canada with our 8 month old daughter and happened to stumble upon this amazing restaurant! It was a busy Saturday night and the hostesses were so accommodating and welcoming for our little family! The service was amazing and the food was fantastic. Fresh fish, great wine list and beautiful atmosphere on the patio. The fish tacos and crab cakes were awesome! Highly recommended ....

Had a late dinner Thursday night with another couple. Waitress clearly did not want to be there . The food was sloppily plated and fries were old and cold. I have had lunch there and it was great. Skip this place never again
