Went on the country cruise and it said would have meet and greet with the artist, well Trace Adkins was one of the main attractions and he flew in did one show and was off the ship, along with Ronnie Milsap! So much disorganization that it was ridiculous, I was very dissatisfied with this cruise and will never do it again, very little things to do!!!! we just finished our 2nd Flogging Molly cruise with royal caribean cruise line chartered by flying dutchman. this was the worst cruise i have ever been on. Very poor service. Very sub par food, 20 to 30 minute waits for drinks that never tasted the same. I was yelled at for being lost the very first day. I was on a cabin deck by the way not in an engine room. These people are thieves. I authorized an agent to book a flight for me so I could go on a cruise and she didn't do it. Needless to say, I missed the cruise. She had excuses aplenty, but that won't stop me from suing the sh*t out of them for breach of contract.
Disrespectful and disappointing. My mother called this company to ask a question about an airline but I guess that wasn't good enough. This travel angecy, that seems to only care about the more expensive cruises, refused to answer a simple question and proceeded to hang up on her. I guess when we plan our 4th Disney Cruise we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Awful company. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated today. I guess my business isn't "enough" for them. As I was only booking $4000 of airfare and car rental. I was told no one was available to answer an airline seat question today so that I may book my package online through their website. Nope , they are very busy and are actually " Cruise specialist".
