Our first greater was not at all friendly just looked down at my party of 6 and told us to sit by the bar. As we waited i complained to my sister about the greeters attitude and i believe the manger over heard because after that the server we did receive was awesome she was very friendly checked on us making sure everything was good. Food was fabulous drinks were on point we will visit again. Thank you.
The chef actually came out of the kitchen to ask us how we liked our étouffée (spicy, mild etc), then came out after we had been served to see if it was to our liking....and it was very good. Granted, it was stormy outside and the restaurant was slow, but we still appreciated the special attention. Kudos to the chef!
We were there Sunday, our waiter was very helpful on giving us best spots to go and gave us great service. Food was great and quick, the same day we were there the Travel Channel was filming them..
Party of 8 1/2, food was great, drinks were great, service was good. Beautiful location. Staff should kick it up a bit in the customer service area. I hope to return soon.

We eat there frequently, service and the food has always been excellent. Just ate there yesterday. However, I have never and will never sit outside anywhere, too hot, too many birds and mosquitos.
Small portions low-quality high prices pretty much they're a tourist trap
