I used to live in the apartments on Waite Drive in La Mesa. As tenants, requesting maintenance was a pain. They also had roaches in the townhome! No matter how much they "treated " the apartment the cockroach problem never went away. We also had neighbors that would argue all the time. Truthfully and thankfully, my stepfather knew how to fix some maintenance issues and he was a painter as well so we actually left the townhouse looking better than it did we we arrived! Sal & Becky have been property managers for several of our properties, for over a decade…and I wouldn’t want to do this without them! They have offered invaluable advice, put out fires, are always accessible, and keep us compliant and competitive in the market. I am very hands on maintaining our properties but there are a slew of responsibilities I don’t have time and the capacity to handle and I don’t worry with Flying Dog looking out for us!!! Don't stay here they will give u some excuses giving u eviction for no reason worse place ever
We lived in one of their apartments in La Mesa. The apartment was nice enough for the price, but there were cockroaches in it before we even arrived that we had a heck of a time getting rid of on our own. One of the bedroom carpets reeked of urine. It was replaced upon our request. The floors were filthy upon move-in.
