Price was by far the best out of all estimates received. Katie is a clear and easy communicator. Marlin and Angel were very kind, quick and comprehensive with the work. They were safe during prep and diligent with painting. I'm impressed with the coverage. This is a happy 1890 house restored.
Such great work with attention to detail and safety, care taken with my yard and kind thoughtfulness to my pets, quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

We've had several jobs done over the last few years; Katie is honest about what needs to be done, fair in her estimates, flexible, and she makes sure the job is done right. She hires and supervises good people, and no job is too small or too hard. She is also very creative, an asset if you're looking for something unique! I love the way she is on top of communications, and double-checks if there are any questions. I wouldn't hire anyone else!
Katie gave us the best quote of four but the excellent reviews are what sold us. This will be another one. She is professional as is her crew. It was a totally pleasant experience from beginning to end. The work was first rate and done in a timely manner as promised. The workers went the extra mile to do a good job, like fixing wall blemishes without being asked (special shout out to Casey, and Emanuel as well), and Katie was ALWAYS prompt in her communication when needed.
