I wish there was a 0 Star option. We just ate at the Bentonville location and it was one of the worst meals we have ever had and a complete waste of $30. The chicken had absolutely no flavor, the grilled veggies tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, and the guacamole was turning brown. The restaurant was dirty both behind the counter and in the lobby and there were leaks in the lobby being caught in buckets with no wet floor signs up. The was customer service was poor as well. Had the Mother of All Burritos. It was glorious.
I have Celiac disease and it’s hard finding safe places I can eat that are knowledgeable about gluten and can help me find a safe meal to eat. I had a great experience with the staff at the Fayetteville location! They let me know the chips share a fryer with gluten-containing items but helped me make a rice bowl that was safe to eat and delicious. Often times places treat me like a burden because of my food restrictions so I am very appreciate of the great experience I had today!
This was my first visit. I ordered through the drive through, just queso and chips. The window people were very friendly, but when I arrived at my destination and opened my cheese dip, to my surprise, it Sloshed out of the container. Sloshed. Like a water spill. Because that was the consistancy of the "cheese" that was served to me. This was 11:30 am. Not sure if this is the standard consistancy of the queso served here, or if it was an off day. The flavor was good and the chips were very fresh.

Just left the Bentonville location, it was filthy. The drink area, the floors, and the bathrooms were all a mess. The food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning.
