I like that you sample in the brewery and not in a gift shop. You are right in the middle of all the action. Favs are the winter Scotch Ale and of course the Rusty Chain vienna-style lager. Yes they are now owned by Saranac but they would not still be in business if it wasn't for the partnership. And they are still Tim's recipes.
Phenomenal lines, but one of the staples Aviator Red is top notch. Walk in, sample a few, and walk out with a growler or 6 pack drawn of the line. Owned by Saranac, but Saranac only does marketing, not the brewing.
