Very rude. Also to note TAP cards do not work if you have the life program. They will be very rude if you are on that and you will need to have to add money to a card that is supposed to get you through the metro. Luckily they also take card to shake you down if you need a bus to the airport otherwise I would not have made it to the airport so I could get to my mother surgery.
Everything was good on flyaway shuttle to lax. I recommend to everyone to take it. It's worth it. Less stress 👍👍👍
