LAX to UNION STATION Flyaway bus operates only terminal 1, 3 , TBIT international tom Bradley Airport. FLYAWAY BUS SKIPS 4,5,6,7 WHEN FULL OF PASSENGERS. TO ENSURE A SEAT. RIDE ALL TERMINAL SHUTLLE BUS TO TERMINAL 1... THEN WAIT FOR FLYAWAY AT TERMINAL 1 to get a seat. ... sometimes drivers turn away people with lots of 6 luggage and 6 boxes or cargo (offer a tip) 12.75... if u don't gave money offer to venmo a passenger and they can swipe their ATM /credit CARD for u to board. I waited for the 7:00 pm Flyaway to Van Nuys at LAX at the designated pick up spot. For unknown reasons that driver stopped about 45 feet up the street. Then the Union Station driver parked in the correct spot. He didn't speak English & laughed while he watched me run unsuccessfully after the Van Nuys bus. There is no signage for disabled people nor special access. Never again.

The Asian male driver who works the 4PM shift on 9/8/26 from Union Station to LAX was extremely rude and lacked basic decency. He yelled at disabled passengers and forced them off at the wrong terminals, different from what’s listed by the airlines. To that driver: It’s not the passengers’ fault that you don’t like your job and can’t find one elsewhere. I appreciate the female driver who works the morning shift. She is very friendly.

Practical bus to go quickly to LAX. The lady at the Fly Away information center who was here today was extremelly rude and unhelpful though…not very welcoming for people just arriving in LA (and everyone else!). Staff recruitment to be reconsidered!
