I wouldn't even give one star if didn't have too. They offer the world and make it sound so easy and stress free. Every appointment we had someone different for speech therapy for my son. Excuse after excuse to why the therapist had to leave etc. Find a place locally and just be put on waiting lists, consistency is key & they don't provide it.
I dont recommend these people. Their system can't cope with daylight savings changes, and all our appointments since the beginning of April have been brought back by an hour. One of our slots was given away to another client because of this error. I thought I'd sorted this issue out last week, when again I get reminders for appointments where the time has been changed. How are they meant to do anything for clients when they charge $409 a session..when i said how can you help someone when there budget is $2500 for a year and you can offer them 5 sessions and they responded we are within our right. Yeah within your right of not giving a rats
Do not deal with these people , they achieve nothing for their clients.
