These people (girl) sold me a broken scooter! Broken battery screw. Lady has little knowledge on scooters. Dont shop here. Go to another store
First they DO NOT Have small E-bike. Just mountain e bike or E bikes that look like actual bike u see in the highway. The experienced I had was that because of communication barrier , the dude just nodded no. I asked if they had smaller e.bike 14in- 16in . They don’t . I saw just two E-scooter.
This place used to be amazing. There was a Spanish guy there who was very helpful. There is a lady now who seems nice but is not on top of things. She doesn’t answer the phone, the only time she answered was after I called three times in row and even then she put me on hold after she saw I don’t speak Spanish. Then she messaged me to message her but didn’t answer even after my follow ups. She said she ordered a charger for me over a month ago but hasn’t let me know or answered me to when I can pick it up.
