I've done 4 trips with Fly Water, all have been great experiences. The folks here know their stuff, and you don't feel like you are getting a sales pitch. They are well versed in the different destinations and what the entire travel experience will be like. I will continue to use their services.
In my earlier fly fishing days, I used Yellow Dog Fly Fishing to book fun adventures. Initially, their service was good and they seemed to have every aspect of my travel plans well in hand. Over time, that service started to slip. Pre-trip planning information became rather generic. Communications felt more broadcasted than specific to my plans. One year, I had two very bad experiences. No inland fish, no fly fishing, very few sailfish. Was not happy with what fly water is endorsing and the way they take zero credibility after the moneybwas in their hands. Impossible to reach unless it benefits them. Will be using Yellow Dog after such a terrible experience
They advertised a place for fly fishing at black sands resort in Columbia. so me and buddy went down to Columbia to fish, no fly fishing was ever done while we were down there. It was all conventional fishing. I called up fly water to try to see about getting some money back and they said that they are not responsible for any money that you send to them.
