This Company is incredibly poorly run and managed. I booked a car from the hotel with a car seat and they showed up without a car seat. They were rude and acted as if it was my fault and made no effort to make up for their mistake. Instead of taking any ownership of their mistake and cutting their losses they are trying to charge me for canceling their service after such a terrible experience.
I booked a trip to Chicago downtown with couple stops for me and my business partners - Christian showed up in a spotless clean luxury SUV about 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up then went above an beyond with all my requests. Had ice cold water available for us, as well. After this experience I’m happy to recommend Fly Limo to anyone who gets to Chicago area and needs transportation. Thank you. M.B.
