Great Service! Brandon was always super easy to reach and extremely helpful. I had his direct phone number and e-mail address. He was always attentive and responsive in a timely fashion. We unfortunately had a Groupon which had expired and Fly Jet Sports were very empathetic to our situation and honored the Groupon anyway! I was impressed. I found Fly Jet Sports overall to be a really great business to deal with. Awesome job!
Stay away!! We had to cancel our session due to bad weather conditions and could not reschedule because we were just visiting. They just REFUSED to REFUND us! Wasted some good money there... Should have known that when they asked us to pay in advance the full amount when we booked. Who does that anyway? So please don't be fooled and find something else to do!
This was one of my best Sportaction in a wile. Brandon and his Instructors are great and take there time to show you everithing. He also was reachable at any time... phoned him about 4 times. I was flying on 2 days for 60 minutes.. and its great fun... I would always go back and can not wait for my next time ...
I found Fly Jet and Brandon and his guys to be enjoyable, friendly, and professional. My son and I wanted a video for our Amazing Race tryout and they were very accommodating. Their price is competitive with other franchises and they are very patient with helping first-timers. Of course, there are always the sour apples who blame others for their own inability and with self-posting, all I can say is that the review should be reviewed for accuracy by the reader.
