My boyfriend and I came here. The woman greeted us and asked us what we were looking for- and when we said We’re just browsing she immediately said “oh well we’re closed.” and led us to the door. We looked up their location and they actually close at 5… it was 3:34pm.. weird.
Owner is friendly and accommodating. Interactions with staff are a hit or miss. Sometimes they treat you well and acknowledge your presence. I’ve been ignored before or brushed aside if they feel like other customers will spend more. Some pieces are overpriced and generic. Other pieces are unique and worth the money. There were a lot of times in which staff could not tell me with certainty what type of stone a piece had. I would like this shop more if they offered consistent customer service. Bought a necklace here, soon as I gifted it away it breaks, went back the next day to have it repaired and they wanna charge 80$ for a faulty product no more than 24hours of purchase. They have a mid selection, majority of things are over priced due to stores location in “heights”. Save your money, go to an actual jeweler on weathermen, Silver Lust, they’ve always taken care of me and I feel like it’s karma for straying away from them(was for a last minute Christmas buy) all in all, waste of time and waste of $.
