My family and I are visiting Denver and was very excited to visit this store. This is during COVID-19 and all of us were wearing masks. I am currently on medical regulations for breathing/lung issues and although my physician stated I should not wear a mask, I had one on but did not cover my nose. The salesperson, very aggressively and quite rudely told me to wear it properly. I tried to explain to him that I have a medical condition and cannot. Thanks for coming in today, I am sorry you feel this way about your experience. You were approached after you were seen in the corner without your mask on and you then refused to wear one properly. our store policy requires you to wear a mask properly to be in the store, if you can't do that for whatever reason you won't be allowed in the store. Please don't rush back in without a mask to try and debate with us about this. If you can't wear a mask we are happy to provide shipping or curbside pick-up for you.

Guys are great. I’m in Thornton and I’ll make the drive because of how awesome they are. I recently wanted to get a cart and they went above and beyond for me. Took pics of what they had and sent them to me while we discussed pros and cons over the phone before I made the trek down. Very helpful and made things easier for me. A+ service.
I could spend hours in this place. The selection is overwhelmingly good and the staff is really nice and friendly without feeling like they’re hovering around you. If you’re a beginner, don’t be shy about this place, they’re very welcoming and seem happy to share knowledge. Bonus - There’s a neat little collectibles toy store in the same shop. That’s not normally my thing, but it’s pretty cool to take a look at and would definitely impress any kid you might have with you.
