Very patient & fair mechanics. Brought in a electric scooter that I ordered online that was inoperable right out of the box. The manufacturer sent me a part that they thought would fix the problem, nope it didn't work. The mechanic believed that an additional part was needed to fix the issue. So I contacted the manufacturer and was sent another part. The mechanic was kind enough to wait for over a week while the part was in route. The scooter sat at their shop that whole time.
