Very nice surroundings, excellent personnel!
I have been receiving infusions here for the past two years for my rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. The nurses and staff are exceptionally caring, attentive, and compassionate. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and supported. The environment itself is warm and welcoming, with beautiful recliners, cozy blankets, fireplaces, and frosted glass doors that provide privacy between patients. Always very professional. The nurses make you feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant. They do a great job explaining the process. Highly recommend this facility.
A very relaxed and casual atmosphere, far preferable to infusions at the hospital. If you've a discomfort with needles or medical experiences generally, I recommend here.
I come every 8 weeks and this is the BEST place!!! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They genuinely care about you and your health and works endlessly to make sure each visit is comfortable and stress free!!! The atmosphere is spa like and serene. So happy that they are in Canandaigua!!!!!
