My son joined the gym a few months ago, however he was called to work out of the area for extended period of time. He texted them to cancel membership received no response. I emailed them also to receive no response but he is still getting charged monthly. Just want the membership canceled and a confirmation of the cancellation.
I have tried for over a year now to cancel my gym membership, I’ve called I’ve emailed , I’ve walked in ! Everything and yet I’m still getting charged every month when I haven’t gone in over a year ! Terrible customer service

Great price ,not overly packed , a lot of different equipment to choose from and they offer classes. Very pleased with my decision to come here
