I toured the property today and had a fantastic experience. Anna was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She made the entire process seamless, answered every question with confidence, and provided excellent insight into the community. Her outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Highly recommend!
My girlfriend and I recently moved to Des Moines all the way from Miami, and to say the move was stressful would be an understatement. I’ve lived at Flux for close to three years now, so I’ve seen a lot of the comments online and honestly my experience has been pretty different from some of the negative stuff that pops up. First off, the location is one of the best parts of living here. Being downtown means you can walk pretty much everywhere — restaurants, coffee shops, the sculpture park, bars, etc. I rarely need to drive which is a huge plus.
