Super easy to rent storage unit online. Security gate and great security lights for evenings or early morning. Super clean and easy to navigate to your storage unit.
Avoid this unprofessional, dishonest group. I am a renter of multiple units since the previous ownership. Calls not returned, commitments not met. Accidental damage for which I was admittedly responsible was inflated, repairs made at a lesser cost than my insurance was charged with no adjustment to me. No on-site or near restroom facilities. No regular on-site personnel. Snow removal minimal. Access gate undependable.
I've been a customer for a number of years now. In the beginning it was great, I could get in contact with them whenever I had a question. Not now. Every phone number I find for them runs me through some type of sales pitch for insurance or a free gift card or something I'm not interested in as I'm trying to get ahold of someone in the office to find out why my invoice is $20 higher than I was expecting it to be for next month, as I already was aware that I had an additional $18 on it from this months rent increase that I wa... read more
