Had a terrible experience from the moment we walked in the door. Felt very unwelcome. You should have a good time and fun experience when trying on wedding dresses, not feel like it was annoying for us to be there. Kept picking dresses that did nothing for the bride and didn’t listen to requests of things she might like better. Bought a beautiful dress elsewhere. Will not be recommending to any family or friends in the future.
I had the best experience today at Flutter. I found the dress of my dreams and was fortunate enough to work with the designer himself, Colby John! He made the experience comfortable and fun. He listened to my likes/dislikes and found the perfect dress for me within my budget. I did not intend on buying a dress so early into shopping, but this store had the most stunning options! No way you can walk out without a purchase! Thanks, Colby, for an incredible wedding dress shopping/buying experience. :)
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Flutter Bridal Co.! We went with my sister to find her wedding dress, and from start to finish, everything was fantastic. The team was so welcoming and accommodating, making sure we all had a great experience. Sophie was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so special. We had the best day at Flutter looking for dresses. Sophie and Eva were great and made the experience so fun! They were very knowledgeable about designers and the different customizations that were possible (which is pretty much anything you can think of). The store itself is gorgeous, the natural light made every dress feel more beautiful! When I said yes they brought out champagne and seemed genuinely excited for me. The whole experience was so special and fun and I can’t recommend Flutter enough!
My experience with Flutter has been nothing short of a dream. Sophie was attentive, knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. She pulled a number of dresses that I didn't think I'd go for, but I truly fell in love with different styles. Can't wait to wear my dress this fall. If you're looking for a dress, book with Flutter and ask for Sophie!
