Rude to patients. Very unprofessional.
Very rude dentist. Told my grandpa “what kind of THING are you” just because he came 30 mins before the appointment inside the office on a very COLD day. He dehumanizes my grandpa because he wanted to wait in the place on a very cold day.
Dehumanize their patients. Do not come.
舒医生是我很喜欢的一个医生，认真负责，对病人很友善，早在7，8年前我就是舒医生的客人了。后来又有一个女的牙医，人也很好，虽然我不知道这位女性医生姓什么，给我的印象是她非常的耐心和细心。2020年最新认识的是田医生，虽然就接触过2次，但感觉他也是一个不错的医生，有认真完成本职工作。 但是我打算要换诊所了，因为这家诊所的前台服务态度极差，给人的感觉就是混着拿工资，不想干活，经常出言不逊，任何事情都嫌客人麻烦，习惯性随便找个理由敷衍搪塞。闻所未闻的是责怪客人太认真，原因是，前台说大多数客人看完牙齿，付款的方式就是付一个大概的价钱，如果预付多了，就不要问他们要回余额，少收了他们也不需要补钱。所以我觉得该付多少付多少的想法是认真，是计较。我希望她们领工资的时候也领一个大概，不要太计较，太认真。 我不知道为什么现在前台对客人不友善，甚至恶劣，医生都不闻不问的，也不管理。这让我觉得很奇怪。没有专业的工作态度，处理事情也是胡来很随意，这样真的好吗?
