This bad review is for the front desk, not Dr. Huang. Dr. Huang is a very professional and nice doctor. The doctor is professional and great, but the receptionist is so so so rude and terrible. They made the appointment for me but when I showed up, she said she cannot find the appointment. In the phone, she used to ask about the medical card number and referral details, birthday name and everything. She even mentioned if I choose Dr. Huang or another doctor in the same office. TL/DR: The doctor was patient. The front desk was quick to answer calls and set up appointments. Dr. Ngan helped me remove my lower 2 wisdom teeth. They were close to the nerves, and we took extra precautions and came back for another x-ray to see the nerves better. He explained to me the risks and I asked him about alternatives.
