Recommend everyone besides last chair. He didn’t listen to anything I asked for, at all. I asked for a price upfront because I only had certain amount of cash and he gave me a completely different price at the end. I feel like every time I leave here I’m spending $5-$15 more than I expect to every single time- be aware. I have been coming here because I am new to area. Nails have been pretty inconsistent but after my last experience a couple weeks ago I will never go back. I had the guy at the last or almost last chair. I had to repeatedly tell him the nails were way too thick. I left with them being super thick, uneven and nails of different widths. I left and drove straight to a place in grand Blanc to fix a couple nails that were literally too wide for my finger. She knew exactly what was wrong and fixed them. Ken and Hannah do an amazing job. My problem isn’t with the nails. My problem is that I was being over charged. I would go in for a fill and I was being charged for a full set. The gentleman in the first chair and the young gentleman in the last chair. So, I went to my card transaction history and discovered that not only was I being overcharged for the service itself, but they were charging my card a service fee with the transaction itself and again separately.
