This company is billing me in full for services that are 100% covered by my insurance. They did not submit a bill to my insurance for services provided to my newborn for 18 months. This falls outside the timely filing limits that they are contractually obligated to follow, and therefore insurance denied the claim. Years later, they are now trying to pass the debt on to me, despite me having already paid my full labor and delivery bill, in which routine care for my newborn is included.
