I've worked for Fluor since 2003. I used to believe that it was a good company to work for, but the project in Baytown, TX is the worst managed project that in my 21 years in construction that I've had the displeasure to be a part of. I was injured back in November of last year. The first aid crew did not come to the field to aid me. I had broken 3 ribs in a fall. A safety man picked me up from the underground.
