Went in and out. Fast and efficient work. My tire was flat and I needed it fixed fast. Good thing I found this place and they fixed it fast.

I’ve been there several times & while i have gotten service, it seems like they r trying to work me for money. Ill go to another scooter shop in the future!

Friendly staff helped me get set up with a NAMI Klima after testing out a number of models. Definitely recommend stopping by here. (April 2024) Updating this to reflect post-sale interactions (March 2026). 18 months after buying my scooter (with fewer than 30 charge-discharge cycles, never below 20%), it started to shut off during rides with ~40% battery remaining, and would not turn back on without being plugged in to a charger -- it never switched to eco mode, just instantly full dead, which is not ideal for an 80-lb scoot... read more

it is Presidents Day and I was hoping to be productive, thinking about catching up on some things and maybe bringing a scooter purchased elsewhere for flat tiee repair here, if they were open... but decided the owner was somewhat imprudently cranky on social media and i'd go elsewhere like ok a customer wants to blame you for all their problems, it stinks, maybe you should say something, but that's not the kind of customer service response that I want to deal with either

Small mom and pop scooter shop owned by a nice Asian couple. The man works on the scooters and his wife works the front desk and helps with questions and things like that. They're hardworking honest people and she is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back. The only things that could make the store a little better in my opinion would be having accessories to sell and having A bigger selection to purchase immediately. I understand that the store isn't that big, however they do have space to put different mode... read more
