David, skillfully assisted me with the P settings of a new nami burn e scooter and got the unit to respond to the commands of the throttle. The process was efficient and very informative.
Horrible experience. The lady is very rude and disrespectful. She has no patience at all. Go else where for better customer service.
When I folded my scooter down, the electrical was pulled out of the light and horn. They hooked me up with a brighter light and louder horn in less than 15min for $65. Painless.
