I had a great experience at Scooter Pl. in San Francisco. I brought in my Apollo Phantom after the stem broke, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The technician custom-fabricated a bracket to fix the issue—something you don’t see just anywhere. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Thanks to their work, I can now ride with confidence, knowing the repair is solid and dependable. Highly recommend them for any electric scooter repairs or custom work!
They did so well they changed my Scooter tire and as a bonus they also change some of the screws that were very loose from the handle and overall did a great job coming again if i ever have scooter problems
WARNING NOT FLUID FREE RIDE ANYMORE! just google "FDNY: Battery explodes during Queens e-bike retailer arrest" and you'll learn all you need to know about why you should NEVER do business with these jokers. They will put your life and your family at risk to make a few bucks. The city inspector will shut them down once an inspection is done. I went in and it was a big disappointment.
