Just call the number 20 times to reach someone to place and order and talk about a few question i had and it rung each time for 8 minutes before hanging up on me why is the no number where i can speak to some on direct very sad being an existing customer with them and havin an issues like this
Ordered some hoses,10 days later I call to see why I haven't even gotten a tracking number let alone that it was supposed to be here 3 days ago,then I'm told it was cancelled even though it was paid in full with pay pal, I'm told it will be refunded in 24hrs, 4 days later and 2 calls ,nothing, I had to go through pay pal to get my refund, either they have the worst accounting dept, or they are crooks trying to keep your money hoping you will forget or give up, stay clear !
