Have used these guys twice now. While they are prompt and friendly they failed to rectify the issue. Needed to get a different plumber to fix the problem. Turned out it was a simple issue which any first year apprentice could have found. Sad and costly for me.

I received a discount offer for drains cleaning with my mail a couple of weeks back. Seemed like a great offer, so I called and booked a service call, to which I received an email confirmation with a 3 hour window for today (which I feel is quite reasonable) I rearranged my work day so I could accommodate. Unfortunately I had a no show, so I called them via the mobile provided on the website. The answer I received was that they no longer serviced Canberra. Took them up on their $99 deal. Lorenzo came out on time and did a great job clearing out a very blocked stormwater drain below the surface with camera and jetter.
