Two years...thats how long I was inactive. I could not walk without pain and had to get off my mat and let go of my yogasana practice. I had gone to physicians and therapist before without satisfactory outcomes. And then I met Gianna and ultimately Carly....The best therapist out there. I cannot help but sing about them from the roof top. I had six sessions and was back to doing what I love most. Last October I was suffering with a painful shoulder and tingling and numbness in my right hand. I was so uncomfortable I didn't get a decent night's sleep for weeks. It was also really stressful since I depend on my body functioning well in order to make a living. Carly at Fluid Physio was amazing. She spent our first session evaluating my movement, muscle activation, pain locations and levels and alignment.
