Grateful to have the services of Kinesiologist Ryan Maxwell and his top notch instructors at Fluid Health and Fitness. Positive changes include less pain and healing of long-term injuries and surgery side effects. Pleased to experience respectful, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Honest feedback, fun atmosphere and encouragement have allowed me to get to a point of recovery I did not think was possible. I was having extreme pain in my hip and thought I was on the way to a hip replacement since my mother had had two hips replaced. Ryan and Bob listened to my pain points and put together a program that can be completed on my own which took care of the issue within a week. I continue with the exercises but am fully functioning and pain free. I had previously been to physical therapy for this hip. The treatment plan from Fluid was a completely different approach. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did a metabolic test and gait test to help me understand strengths and weaknesses in my running and cardio health. The information was so helpful and Ryan gave me a lot of info and things I can do to improve my training.
